After years or research and development Lava Heat Italia's lead designer Mr. JR Zioni and team of talented engineers located in Italy, our proud to introduce the ALTO model. This satisfying heater generates an impressive 61,000 BTUs, with a classic look that only Lava Heat could reinvent.

Besides Lava’s signature Gun Metal and Brushed Copper finishes, the ALTO Heater comes with a solid steel construction weighted base, integrated table with swing door for easy tank access, a manual "Easy Start” electronic ignition, and Lava Heat’s Safety-Tilt Switch mechanism.

The ALTO Heater can be utilized all year-long in the comfort of your outdoor environment. The solid steel emitter and huge one piece reflector dome at the top allow for 360° degrees of superior infra-red heat distribution of up to 144 square feet radius (SUPER HOT STUFF!).

The ALTO Heater generates infrared radiant heat rays which heat objects rather than the surrounding air, keeping you cozy and warm by the pool, spa or on your deck long after the sun goes down. Infrared heat provides efficient, clean burning performance and uses less fuel while providing ultimate comfort.

The unit can be operated for up to 10 hours with a 20 lb. propane tank. This unit comes partially assembled for minimized shipping costs and requires 1 AAA battery for its electronic ignition. The built-in Safety Tilt switch shuts the unit off if it tilts or falls over.
